Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, if any, must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal-use items (if applicable)

Exchanges

Need a different style?

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 14 days
  • If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.
