Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable):

  • Delivery times vary by location (7–21 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These fees are not included in our pricing and are determined by your country

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume

Storytime Apparel is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • Contact us and we’ll help guide next steps

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may not be possible after an order is placed
